NABBAR COURT NO. 123
A Constituent Court of the Imperial Court
An Auxiliary of the A.E.A.O.N.M.S of North and South America and Its Jurisdictions, Inc.
OASIS OF ATLANTA DESERT OF GEORGIA
HISTORY 1965

Present in the year of 1907 in Richmond Virginia at a session of the Imperial Council of The ancient Egyptian Arabic Order of the Noble of the Mystic Shrine, the roots and principles of the Daughters were planted to grow into an Auxiliary of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine.

A ritual with rules and regulations were prepared and approved. Thus the Daughters started a journey down the lanes of times. The vast wheel of time has turned onward and Nabbar Court No. 123 has reached its fifty-three year milestone. Our journey began and proceeds as follows:

On July 10, 1965 at 4:00 PM, at 330 Auburn Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia, nineteen diligent ladies gathered together with the late Imperial Commandress, Daughter Anita G. Adams of Tuskegee, Alabama and others from her divan to reactivate Nabbar Court No. 123. Thus, Nabbar was on its way again. As we look back down memory lane, our charter members’ names ring out loudly;
Daughters Julia K. Neal, Mattie B. Acey, Florence M. Hogan, Bessie Collier, Tyree J. Walters, Bunnie Richardson, Margaret D. Bowen, Lucy V. Johnson, Ophelia Brooks, Malissa Johnson, Harriett Martin, Jesse Broadnax, Annette Phinazee and Pheobia Hart.
These are Daughters of great distinction who worked hard to achieve and build Nabbar Court No. 123. The membership was initially composed of Daughters from the immediate metropolitan Atlanta area; however, it has grown to include daughters from areas to include but are not limited to Athens, College Park, Conley, Conyers, Covington, Decatur, Douglasville, East Point, Ellenwood, Greensboro, Hampton, Hiram, Jonesboro, Lithonia, Madison, Marietta, McDonough, Oxford, Powder Springs, Riverdale, Rome, St. Simons Island, Stockbridge, Stone Mountain, Suwanee, Union City, Tuskegee, Alabama and Plantation,Florida.
